| | they wont install for me says driver files are in use by another process... no av running nothing that would hold it what gives? |

| | You may need to uninstall the old drivers first or try a reboot and see if the files aren't used anymore. Last edited by chev65; 08-12-2009 at 08:57 PM.. |

| | I use this method to install the Realtek audio driver. This is from Vista, but the same method works in Windows 7 as well. Device Manager - Install Driver - Vista Forums |

| | I've just installed the latest Realtek audio drivers and they just installed straight over the original ones. No uninstalling needed  Also, it took me 2 hours to download a 34MB file!!! What up with that? |

I hope they work good after waiting that long. I picked the express server of course but I don't know if that made a difference |

| | just an fyi for you guys i had to disable system restore reboot then it allowed me to install them without the file in use error. After i installed them i turned sys restore back on.... weird. |
