Windows 7 - bluetooth driver installs on every start-up of laptop

I have recently started to use this forum, So I'd like to start by saying hello to all.

The issue that I seem to have is. I use the Bluetooth connection to send streaming audio to my car stereo. The system works just fine once set up. However, every time I'm starting up the laptop (Fujitsu A531) I need to re-install via the Bluetooth system tray icon the driver for the Bluetooth adapter. I wish to enquire if there is any way that with this particular machine, is it possible to have the driver permanently installed?
I have also recently noticed that in the sound properties panel, that it not possible to set the default to the Bluetooth. That is down to the fact that the "APPLY" button is not active. So again, every time I'm booting up I'm needing to change over the sound cards manually.
On my original laptop (Fujitsu Xa3035) I'd had none of these issues.
