| | F5D7000, Checked the back of my card. Not sure if that 5 is an S, couldn't see properly. Had to tilt my computer just to see it. Sorry for the mistake above. Also if this makes any difference, it was a clean install from XP. I reformatted to XP and my internet works now but I can't just upgrade. | | How would you install it in vista compatibility mode? Also, without internet at first on windows 7, would I be able to install the driver if I downloaded it now into an usb and then opened it up in windows 7? |

Please make sure you backup everything. Not only files, but also think of your favorites, your email addresses, etc.. And a word of advice. From the questions you ask I gather you are not very experienced at installing a new OS. I would advise you to get a more experienced friend to assist you. There are a million things that can go wrong. Good luck |
