Windows 7 professional x64 OEM

I have downloaded the drivers there, and am still having problems. Every now and then my internet will stop working. If I troubleshoot it, it will reset and work. I have read posts that this is a driver issue. I am also unable to get the drivers for the sound to work. I have purchased Driver Whiz to help find the correct drivers, and I can download the drivers. Some of them, however, will not install, and others will install but not work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Instead of getting the driver from Gigabyte get the ethernet driver directly from Realtek,

Same can be said for the ATI/AMD motherboard drivers (which are very outdated on Gigabyte's site). Just go here,

Drivers & Support | GAME.AMD.COM

and select Motherboard/Integrated, then under Individual Dirvers (Motherboard/Chipset) just select teh one for your version of Windows. Also if you update your video driver (for your onboard HD 3200) the motherboard drivers (at least teh Southbridge driver) are usually included with it and will update at the same time.

When I use Intel Driver update utility, it shows new version of drivers available. Even my nvidia control...
General Question - Windows Installed Drivers Vs OEM Website Drivers
Greetings, This is a general question for a fresh install of Windows on a computer. Let's say we just completed the installation and we open up Device Manager (we haven't used Windows Update yet). Device Manager shows us that there are - let's say "3" - devices that do not have drivers installed...
