unfortunately they stopped releasing drivers for that card at xp. There aren't even any vista drivers to run it in compatibility with.

Can a Radeon 9250 card work in W7?
Is it possible to get a Radeon 9250 card to work in W7? I've searched. There are no "official" drivers for W7. One of my small business clients has five pc's with this card, and he'd like to come up to W7.
