    Missing W7 Driver

I transferred my PC system drive , via Acronis Image, to my new laptop. When I try to boot up the laptop I get an error that a driver is missing, VEN_8086&DEV_1CO3&SUBSYS_1147043&REV_05.
I have searched for it and cannot ind it. Any ideas?I used Acronis True Image Home Plus to restore.

Are you sure the number isn't VEN_8086&DEV_1C03?
This would then be an Intel chipset driver. (AHCI)

I'm running it again so I can look at the error message again to be sure if I left the zero out or not. Assuming that I did leave it pit how do I download the correct driver from Intel. I can download and do whatever on my PC.

If it was an OEM image from your old laptop the image may be tied to the old laptop. Just a thought until we get alittle more info.

Lap top is a brand new ASUS P53E-DS31. The error message in fact had a zero in it. I have partially restore and It is stopped at the error message. Next step is to look at Intel website./

Ran the RESTORE again and found that three drivers were needed. They were all the same except for the three characters underlined VEN_8086&DEV_1C03&SUBSYS_1147043&REV_05 the three characters are C26, CD2 and C03. Still have not found where I can download just the three drivers.

I'm rying to place an image on the notebook that has W7 Ultimate 32 bit. did look at the site mentioned by PBCOPTER and searched for 32 bit drivers. All of the places found offered a drivers scan and install program that required trhe OS has booted up, The notebook will not boot until I get the proper drivers installed along with the image.
