Windows 7 - Computer won't start after driver update

After installing nvidia driver 285.62 my pc just goes black after windows loading screen. I tried backrolling the driver, but still nothing.
Im positive its the nvidia driver, after I uninstalled it in safe mode I had no problems booting. Any ideas?
I'm using SLI setup with 2x GeForce 9800 gt on a Asus p67 B3 revision MB with i5-2500 processor.
I thought of flashing the BIOS but not exactly sure if its a good idea

There have been problems with the 285.62 driver, I'm not sure whether it's still in Beta.

Any one of the 258.97, 270.61, 275.33 or 280.26 should do.

Just try the oldest one and work up from there. A black screen will soon let you know if you've pushed it too far.

Tried all the old drivers, still nothing? What could be wrong?

Got a stop 116 error when starting, I attached the dump file if its any help to you guys...
