Windows 7 does not acknowledge my Powershot S20

I've installed Zoombrowser Ex6.6. But it doesn't recognize the camera. I know the camera functions and the USB connection works, because I can plug it into my old computer just fine. Does this system simply not acknowledge the camera? or what do I need to do?

Welcome to SF, Sondra.

Are other peripherals recognized when plugged into your new Inspiron's usb?

Powershot

Yes, the MP3 player, the printer, the external disk... when I plug them in they work fine.

Look at post #8 in this thread. It's how I got my G3 to work in Windows 7 and it might work for you too.
