One Note 2007

I sent my PC for repair and the store installed a older version of one note. I can't read my old One Note files. The message on screen reads
" This section is from a later version and cannot be opened" A converter may
be on the mircosoft web site.. Does this mean I have to upgrade my office suite
or is there some other solution?

Take it back to the repair shop were you had your repair made. If they messed it up, it's their responsibility to make it right.
