Need some drivers

Hello
I am new at the forum and I needed some drivers
in Device manager it shows that I have no drivers for Network controllers, , Ethernet controllers and PCI simple communications controller

I have a Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit, Intel core i5-480M
hope u guys could help me
