Is this some sort of built in webcam? Stand alone webcam? Please provide more details.

the camera is a stand alone with built in mic, i want to use it on a 32bit OS win 7 home premium, win updates cant solve my issue as av tried. Any help would be very apreciated! Thank You, Chris (UK)
