Drivers for new HDD

I just put a new HDD into a laptop to load an O/S onto it and it is saying "no device drivers"? Do I need to load drivers onto a HDD to use it or is it talking about the Win 7 ISO disk not having the drivers?

What is "it" and exactly when are you seeing "it"?

You should not get that error if you have a good burn of a valid ISO download.
