Without knowing who manufactured your computer it's difficult to say.
Once you know that, a quick search on Google should soon reveal the answer.
However, without a BIOS your computer wouldn't start up so you can safely assume it has one.
I'd suggest contacting them direct: ztsystems.com > About ZT > Contact Us
tried that, trued to call them also, not much help... they didnt even know which button to hit when it was loading to take me to bios
Well, if they don't I don't see where else you can go.
They are the manufacturer when all's said and done.
According to this thread I found, you need to press the DEL key on startup.
Upgrade ZT MS-16362 to 4GB of RAM « David Orlo .com
I would suggest you hold the key down rather than tap it.
Wireless keyboard? If it is you'll need to plug in a wired keyboard and try again?
no, some wireless keyboards are supported if your bios has USB support for input devices. If you are having bios issues though then better to trust a wired.
Sadly not much can be done when it comes to BIOS, if it doesnt work nothing can ever be done. Check if your board is dual BIOS, and see if there is a key to select the secondary chip. That may give you a few more options
