Do I install mobo drivers the same way for Windows Server 2008 R2...

as I do with Windows 7? or there is a special set of drivers for Server OS?

I just installed Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 for a client, I just want to be sure before I screw something up.

When I set my 2008 server up I used the drivers labeled server if available, or the regular Win 7 drivers if they weren't. As I recall, server 2008 didn't need much if anything for the motherboard as the default drivers did the job. The problematic ones for me were for a scanner.

Use the drivers given in the installer and via optional Windows Updates unless they are problematic or leave some drivers missing in Device Manager after all Updates are done.
