Since you have on onboard VGA, go into the BIOS and make check if you have a setting which determines if you are to use onboard VGA or external video card.

Also, I would try to put the Rage card into another slot.

If nothing above works,

Remove the Network adapter and just plug the rage card in. If that works, put the network adapter back (it's ok to use another slot) and see if they all work together now.

It would be tough to tell you exactly.. there's so many different BIOS's.

Boot into the BIOS, and just look for any setting in there which indicates how the BIOS chooses whether to display video through the onboard graphics or an external video card.

Well that doesn't really help. I doubt there is somewhere on the net that tells me how an award bios 4.4 from 2003 looks like.

You need to go into the BIOS.. Write down what you see under a video category.

Do I need to open up the PC and look for the BIOS? Maybe I can take a photograph of it and post it here.

No no no... you access the BIOS software right when startup your computer before windows starts. Usually you hit the DEL key, or the F2. It is different on many bios. When you turn your PC on, do you see anything that says something like "press f2 for BIOS, or press 'whatever' key for BIOS?"

I rebooted like 5 times in a row and I pressed F2 like nuts. Didn't work. Tryed Del but didn't work either. I pressed F8 and opened the boot menu but I didn't saw anything like BIOS.

ok so F2 and Del doesn't work.

Try first pressing TAB then press the Del key? There has to be a way to get into the BIOS setup screen.
