Give the solution in this link a try before updating the BIOS. It's for a different model but the symptoms are similar and no harm in trying.

updating the bios is a wise decision.

Did you try googling your problem or going to the HP site for instructions on applying the bios update?

I once had an HP, but not your model, and the bios update was very simple and easy.

I tried this link before I post my problem here but I can't be able to find "CMOS button"

in my motherboard so its not helpful for me.

I think the problem is in BIOS Power Setting But I can't be able to fix without any experts help.
Power Supply and Power Supply Fan Both are O.K.
It's just the Power setting issue.
Please anyone who have knowledge about the BIOS Power Setting of HP please help me!

Thank You so much for helping me!

I recommend reading the full documentation provided by HP at that site and reading carefully.

However, if you are sure you already know the answer, then be sure to follow your knowledge.

You probably have just a 2 pin or 3 pin jumper to clear you CMOS but removing the battery for 10sec will also clear the CMOS. Make sure you disconnect the A/C power and then press the power button to drain any residual power from the PC before removing the battery.

While inside the case look for any single wire connector from the power supply that plugs into the motherboard and check that it's connected properly. Most likly it will have a 3 pin connector (same as a 3 pin fan connector) but only 1 wire and possibly a yellow wire.

Might be a good idea to write down you current BIOS settings before you clear the CMOS as doing so will reset everything, unless you know how to configure it.

Where did you obtain the BIOS update?
    Is it 3.3 or 3.14 Rev. A?
