Windows 7: Hp paviliong4-1212tx ati radeon 6470m

I got a hp pavilion g4-1212tx notebook and its a switchable graphic with intel hd3000 and ati/amd radeon hd6470m 1gb and i got a problem when i playing game,if I turn v-sync on the fps locked at30 and the fps drop many after the problem with driver and i got the latest amd radeon driver! any help?
The switchable graphic got problem , power-saving get 60fps ,high performance 30fps any help?

Hei... i have problem with my HP Pavilion G4 1212tx just like you. But my switchable graphics didn't work(i mean not switch the graphics card). I have tried update VGA drive and BIOS.

Can you tell me what version you use:
- BIOS
- Intel
- ATI VGA

And also your OS

I have bring my laptop in HP Service Center but it's still didn't work.
