    nvidia mx440 driver

I installed xp driver of nvidia mx440 on windows 7 because I didn't found windows 7 driver for that card
it works but aero effects don't

is it a problem of driver or is it the card which is too old?

if there will be a windows7 driver, wil it work or it can't ?

    thanks

either your radeon 9000 or the mx4400 are supported under win7, get a new videocard.

Hi maxt, As oldmx states your gfx card (along with the mobo you are using ) are about 11 years old ,you will never get it to display aero effects because it does not meet the DirectX standard set by win7 If you were lucky enough to find a better standard AGP gfx card it still would not meet the standard required her is the link to the audio drivers you requested in another thread ASUSTeK Computer Inc. -Support- Drivers and Download P4B533 you will find you will have problwems trying to run these successfully under win7 .
I personally think its time for a new mobo and gfx card sorry about that
