Microsoft WPD Enhanced Storage Password Driver fails after waking

I just noticed this problem recurring again. It went away by itself on a clean install, but appears randomly sometimes on other installs. Anyway, it is not accompanied by any error messages after waking the computer. I only notice it when I look at the device manager after waking. I've narrowed it down to originating from a PNY flash drive, but according to windows, it's driver installs properly. I've also tried uninstalling the driver, restarting, and allowing windows to reinstall it again. Regardless, the same problem occurs every time. This does not happen with any other portable devices that I've noticed. My system and setup is in my updated profile. Let me know if more information is needed.

Thanks in advance

UPDATE: I was able to prevent it with a sort of workaround by simply disabling it in the device manager. However, I have a couple flash drives that are password protected through windows' setup wizard, so they are inaccessible without the driver enabled from what I can tell... Not really a long trrm solution, but it works for now.
