USG Device Not Recognized Error when HTC Inspire Phone plugged

Hello, I have tried everything I can without help to get my Windows 7 64 bit PC to reconize my HTC Inspire cell phone. What happens is when I plu it in to any USB port I get an pop up error "USG Device Not Recognized" and looking at my device manager/Serial Bus Controllers it says "Unknown Device". I uninstalled every controller and restarted PC and they re installed and still get the same error. I installed the HTC driver from their web site and still same error. Whats odd it doesn't work on this PC but works on my other laptop. How can I fix this?

    Thanks!
    Chad

Well that wasn't it... I didn't have any Itunes or anything associated with it on this PC. Any ideas?

    Thanks,
