What's the file for the USB driver called?

I need to copy it onto my Macrium Reflect rescue CD which asks for it when it boots or else my portable USB hard disk won't be recognised

OK. You need to burn that to the DVD or USB. Its called whatever you named it when you created it - do a search for *.iso on your system to find it.
