Hi Sherlock990

Hi Sherlock990 ,
My name is George I work for Social Media and Community Outreach Team at Dell.

With regards to your concern mention below are few steps to help you in resolving this problem .
Boot to Safe mode and perform the following steps
Open the Control Panel (Icons View-Windows 7).
Click on the Device Manager icon.
If prompted by UAC, then click on Continue
Click on the + sign next to the (Display adapters) device you want to uninstall to expand it.
click on Uninstall
This will uninstall the device and leave the device driver still installed for the device.
Restart the system in Normal mode this would fix the issue
