    A80ZGTV7 IDE Controller (SCSI CdRom) driver problem


    Hell friends. I have Dell Inspiron 5010 laptop.
    As the title says i have a problem with
    A80ZGTV7 IDE Controller (SCSI CdRom Device) .
    Have tryed every possible way. try to search the driver manually but no success.
    tried to search on Dell's website but couldn't find any driver with this name.
    Can anyone please help me for finding this driver!

    Hi aakshat,This appears to be the cd side of your DVDRW, you may need to update the firmware for the dvd writer, Only do this if you Know what you are doing !! You may have to remove the dvd writer in order to see who the manf is on the label then download the correct update/firmware for the said drive , Look here for all the availabe firmwares Drivers and Downloads | Dell [United States] hope this helps :)
