    Strange Print Driver issue

I'm having an issue with a Dell printer that I'm stuck on and can't seem to get a resolution for. Dell isnt being very helpful either. The issue is, whenever something is printed from the web, the job sits in the queue and the print spooler service stops. I have to shut down the printer, and then keep restarting the spooler service until I can delete the job from the queue. Once I do that, and power on the printer, it works fine. I've tried IE and Chrome, with no luck. I've tried the drivers that shipped on disc and the latest from the Dell site, with no luck. Printing from any other app is fine. The user has two other network printers connected, and can print from the web to either of those without an issue.

    On the details:
The computer is a Dell Optiplex 360 running Windows 7 Pro x86 SP1. It's fully updated. The printer is a Dell 1320c all-in-one, connected via USB. The user has local admin rights on the box.

Have you been to the Dell Printer forum? "RockstarRick" is the printer user guru there and he usually can help. He works nights (at the Lancaster, Pa newspaper) so daytime is when he is usually around the forum.

I searched and didn't find anything relevant, but I can post something there, too. I'm in Philly, so maybe he can help a local (somewhat).

Post the problem and then see if he (or someone else) responds.
