Windows 7: VIA VT66421 Raid Controller has a Driver Problem

I am getting this message on my wife's pc when I go to Devices and Printers then right click on her PC. This computer is a custom built machine several years old that we just put Windows 7 64 bit on.

I'm not sure what this error is referring to.

I tried to research this on the net and found no answers. I also tried the troubleshoot option by right clicking and that did not work. But when I try and update the driver that way I notice the monitor (an older Proview) blacks out for a few seconds then comes back and says it has recovered.



The only sign I see is a message that there is a problem with PnP devices.

Everything seems to be working with the pc now - internet, printing, etc... but I'm sure these errors mean something.
