Please help, BSOD upon shutdown or restart, error 0x0000001e

I recently updated my system with a 1TB raid 1 array. Everything worked fine for about 2 weeks, but I started getting a BSOD, error code 0x0000001e when I would try to shut down. At first it was intermittently, but it's become more and more prevalent. Now it happens every time the computer is shut down. After the BSOD, the computer will automatically reboot, leaving me no way to shut off the computer, save manually powering down the system.

I've done some basic research, and what I've found was that this issue is primarily related to system drivers not working properly. No new programs or application were added to the system since the hdd upgrade.

    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3
    Locale ID: 1033

    Extra information about the problem
    BCCode: 1e
    BCP1: FFFFFFFFC0000005
    BCP2: FFFFF800031796EA
    BCP3: 0000000000000001
    BCP4: 0000000000000018
    OS Version: 6_1_7601
    Service Pack: 1_0
    Product: 768_1
    Bucket ID: X64_UNKNOWN_SYSTEM_FAILURE_ON_MACHINE
    Server information: 3605e08d-343d-4549-a7bb-5c68e88554e4

I have attached the windows 7 Formus.zip with the related dumps and information. If there is anything else I can provide, please let me know. Thanks for your help, looking forward to resolving this issue.

    I would suggest updating drivers.

    You can use

Driver Easy - Auto Detect, Download, Backup, Restore & Uninstall Drivers

Its free, and very good. Or DriverMax, its free too, but you need to make an account.

did you recently installed new network driver? Or any software regarding network?

Thank you for the suggestions. I updated all of my drivers, including the bios, and there were quite a few out of date. Unfortunately, the problem still persists, and now there's an additional issue. Occasionally the BSOD (BCCode: 1e) will occur during start up, rather than during shut down and restarts. Any suggestions?

Brilliant. I set the bios to default settings then slowly turned settings back to my desired settings restarting between each. Computer is working correctly now.

I'm not sure what setting I had mis-configured, but everything seems to be working at this point. Thanks so much.
