RAID drivers but disks are NOT RAID - do I need them?

    Hi -

"Autoruns" tells me that several drivers labelled "RAID" are getting loaded on boot/login (marked yellow in the image), but my disks are NOT RAID, just regular SATA and NTFS. Similar question for the multiple USB drivers...? (Win7, 32 bit)

Do I need them, or can I remove them from the startups?

    TIA!

Are they consuming unnecessary resources? I'm not sure if doing so would cause any problems but if you system is working fine then why risk causing blue screens?

Windows 7 is what they call driver complete. I comes with many that you might not need at this time. I keep all of mine. If it isn't broke don't muck with it. I do remove old drivers left overs from updating things like video cards.

I have those too, don't worry about them.
