FN key and others not working

    Hi!
I have a HP ProBook 4520s and i have some problems with the keyboard.
To be more exactly, the keys FN,-,5 and 6 not working.
Before i use the FN key plus f8 and f9 for volume but now these commands not working.

    What can i do?

    ( sorry for my english!)

Welcome to the Seven Forums BODO87. Please fill up the System Specs fully. There is a tutorial on how to do it at System Info - See Your System Specs.

The first thing I would try if yours is a Desktop is to use another Keyboard to see if matters get put right.

check in msconfig and services if the fn services/process is working or enabled
find it in services or processes

The OP says it is an HP Pro Book which signifies a laptop . In any case a desktop PC keyboard will have full keyboard so it will not have the FN key!

BODO: Try updating HP quick Launch Buttons or HP Hot Key Support driver.
