Windows 7: accuris laser driver will not load under 64-bit platform

Ok here is the problem.
I use a accuris laser engraver as part of my duties in the Army , I just upgraded system to clean install win 7 64-bit for best performance because of the high end graphic programs that I am required to use.
Here is what Ive tried so far
Trick the operating system - failed
Search for compatible drivers - Failed
Back door install - Fail
Add Printer - Failed
Program compatibility _ Failed
Contact vender _ Failed

Here is how I am having to cope with such a nasty little side affect of 64-bit
I have to run two OS's and at boot go into board BIOS and switch between two hard drives when I have to use the engraver
OK we are some what intelligent if we found this forum
Anyone have a suggestion on how to make this a slight bit easier
