| | Display Driver Problems IBM Netvista 8303 Trying to help my buddy who bought this used. I can't get past the generic driver that Windows 7 has installed for the display.Tried > Drivers and software - NetVista 8181, 8182, 8301, 8303, 8304, 8305, 8306, 8307, 8308, 8309, 8310, 8311, 8312, 8313, 8314, 8315 <, and struck out with all three offered. The Intel on-board driver appeared to have installed after choosing "reinstall with recommended settings",but not so in device Manager The ATI driver is kind enough to tell me the supported hardware is not found. The Nvidia offering yields the same results as the Intel driver. The problem is a screen resolution fixed at 640X480 (with no menu drop down option) Any suggestions? |
