Unknown device 5U875 driver help please

I have a sony vaio vgn-ns140e laptop which had no problem with using motion eye built in web cam until now. Not sure why...I can see the camera in device manager but there is a unknown device 5U875 that I'm not sure what it is but can only assume it has something to do with my camera no longer working. I've searched all over including sony site for a fix and found nothing. I'm running windows 7 64 bit ultimate. Camera shows in device manager but any application that I try to use it in theres just a black screen. Any help would be appreciated.

See if there are any drivers here that fix anything.

Are you with me? Sony wants you. On the PC with the issue, go to http://www.logmein123.com/ enter code 155095 and click start download. Then, please click on "Run" to download and install the remote applet/LogMeIn applet to initiate our remote session.
