Windows 7: USB device not recognized!!! PLZ HELP

ATI Catalystâ„¢ Legacy Software Component Downloads= is this my chipset driver?

Wont let me install!

i havelatest catalist drivers, but i need chipset drivers, or my usb drivers cause i guess they are wrong

at top i said what i have 64 bit win 7 7600 rtm, i need usb drivers, i found a chipset driver for north bridge North Bridge ATI RS480M they are 111 mb i hope thoseare it?
i cannot find out what my south bridge name is i dunno which bridge usb is on

Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43) is what it says in device manager under the unknown device

step 1. ) plugin you're USB
step 2.) goto you're device manager.
step 3.) find Universal Serial Bus Control Section and expand it.
step 4.) you will find several controllers with yellow warning icons with it...
step 5.) right click and uninstall the controllers with the yellow warning icon
step 6.) just bellow the help menu theres a small icon that says "Scan for hardware changes" click it and wait for drivers to be installed

are you umm , you havent readmy thred at all did you? all the drivers and controllers are found, no yellow triangles here mate, all drivers seam to be found, but when i plug in any device i get unknown device, your device has malfunctioned, then in device manager when i open the unknown device i get this

is there any other information on that, like a model or a number, if so please post
