Acer Monitor keeps showing no signal after windows loading logo
Hi, I have recently had some problems with my pc, wouldn't boot, a couple of blue screens but it turned out it was all a big corruption of windows through failed updates.
Anyway.. After all this when I turned on the PC the refresh rate was set to 60Hz, so I re-set it to 75Hz both from the screen resoltution and Nvidia Control Panel.
Now I'm having a very annoying problem when I turn on the PC it boots up perfectly, but right after the win 7 logo dissapears (when usually there is a black screen before the logon) the monitor goes into no signal and comes back like 5-7seconds later.
Can anyone help me solve this please ? I'm quite sure it's related to the refresh rate issue.
Monitor : Acer V193W
Graphics Card : Gainward GTX 275
(BTW I've had this PC for over 2 years and haven't changed any components recently.. and since I know you will be mentioning it I have re-installed the vga driver but still the problem occurs)
