Aero Disable After Catalyst Update

    Yeah, it says its still disabled. I tried to boot from the DVD but it didnt work either...says wrong version. Donwloading 12.3 Catalyst right now.

    I tried enabling avast service, says access denied, whats up?

    Download and install the latest version of AVAST, or try MSE.

    Avast is up. But still no aero (forget it), but now i have my overscan issue, my monitor isnt overscanned, can i manually do this?

    Alright, tested my luck and found the overscale settings, the left pane still works...but i cant see it. So if i could find pictures of it then i could get it done, haha

    Btw, I need to know:

    How many graphics card do you have?
    Seeing the list under your display adapters it shows 4.

    Have you tried using only 1 that is HD 5450 and seeing if the issue still persists?

    2 of them are Air Display (an app) drivers. One of them is the integrated one. Alright, ill try disabling all of them.

    Oh my god. That was it! Wow, I spent a whole day on this thing! > Well. I hope this thread will help anyone who stumbles upon it.

    Conclusion: Disable all other graphics drivers except for your main one.
