Windows 7 crash after graphics driver install

I just did a clean install of Windows 7 home x86 and when I try to install my Graphics driver, about 30 seconds into installation, I get the Blue screen where it says something about a system crash. I can not go on the internet on this computer as when I try to install my network driver, I select English and i get this error. So I can not install that driver either. This is so annoying! I cant play my games, nor can I go on the internet to browse for a problem on that computer, or play online multiplayer. I run a Edimax wireless card, and a ATI Radeon HD 5450 graphics card. If any help can be, it will be by far appreciated.
