USB Not Working

Plain and simple, I uninstalled my USB drivers using the ATI Catalyst uninstaller thing so I could install newer drivers. After removing the drivers and rebooting, my computer no longer detects any USB devices, however my USB ports can still charge anything with a battery. How do I go about fixing this? I've already tried unplugging the computer and checking the BIOS to make sure the USB peripherals are enabled.
