Windows 7 64 bit Bluetooth Error "Bluetooth Peripheral Device"

error is "Bluetooth Peripheral Device doesn't have a driver"

so everything worked fine with my bluetooth. then i got a virus that locked my screen on a fbi warning and asked for money through some paypal look-a-like thing. when i was dealing with that i used two programs, CCleaner and Malwarebytes, in safemode to get rid of the virus. However now in control panel my laptop displays itself with a yellow triangle and exclamation point. i troubleshoot it and it says it needs a bluetooth peripheral device driver but upon searching it says the driver doesnt exist. This is really annoying me, i constantly use my turtle beach px5 headset on the computer through bluetooth but now it refuses to pair. any help would be appreciated. if you need info ask away.
