Cloned install - Removing unwanted drivers

I have cloned my notebook windows install (Windows 7/ Dell) to a generic desktop PC.

Once done, I have manually removed all DELL custom software within Control Panel->Program and features, however I have noticed that some DELL specific drivers have been left in. For example once I have installed a Bluetooth dongle in the PC desktop, Windows was attempting to use DELL specific BT drivers.

As the cloned desktop PC randomly (say once every ten days) crashes with a BSOD (124), I'm wondering if it could be that some DELL specific drivers are still running, compromising stability.

Is there a secure way to cleanup all unwanted drivers?

How are you activating this installation as Genuine? Since the notebook Dell installation is OEM, you cannot move it to a different hardware setup.
