    Do you have strong password protection for your user account ... seems like someone may be installing things that you're not aware of ....

    He's been switching video cards in an atempt to fix this.

    The problem here is that if you have more than one video driver even if it is not active it can b0rk things up.

    Plug in the card you want, use Phyxion.net | Driver Sweeper | Products | Products to clean out *all* drivers relating to nVidia and ATI and start fresh.
