    unable to install N5110 bluetooth driver


    hello
    i just got a dell n5110 laptop which has windows 7 ultimate 64 bit. i downloaded bluetooth driver R292449 from dell's official website, now when i try to run the setup it gives the message "Activate Bluetooth using wireless switch " although i did turn it on with Fn+F2 key.
    can you please help me out?

    Have you tried getting help on the Dell Community forum? They have a section just for Laptop issues.

    I see several Bluetooth drivers listed on the N5110 drivers download but not the driver number you list?

    Hi,

    I would suggest you to first ensure that Bluetooth is turned on in the bios. If yes, then try installing Bluetooth adapter from the URL mentioned: http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/19/DriverDetails/Product/inspiron-15r-n5110?driverId=50PWW&osCode=W764&fileId=2941543843
