How do U disable driver signature enforcement for Win7 IN CMD PROMPT?

the back story I found this as an answer to a thread before it's not working for me.

How do i disable driver signature enforcement on Windows 7??????????
There are 2 ways:

1) Registry

HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows NT\Driver Signing\BehaviorOnFailedVerify

Set as DWORD = 0

2) Command Prompt: Make sure you "Run as Administrator"

bcdedit.exe -set loadoptions DDISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS
bcdedit.exe -set TESTSIGNINGON

Please note that this can be very DANGEROUS


OKAYS so I did the 2nd option in comand prompt because I CAN'T LOAD INTO WINDOWS.

Im used comand prompt to fix my mbr file master boot record and NOW I can't get windows to load completely because of the

it comes up to hardware or software has changed, may be damaged of corrupted. go to "last known good." (I have done this and it helped)
If you know the problem then disable the driver signature enforcement
... press f8 to go to driver sign. enforcement to disable verifier checks THIS IS WHERE I WANT TO BE

well the Bcdedit file works but the verify windows is stopping me from loading completely.

what the proper command to disable driver signature enforcement in Command Prompt?
