IMPORTANT

There is solution:
Go to windows update and download Razer input drivers then instal razer drivers. Everything works fine.

Ok I just did this, and it seems like the software is working correctly except for the fact that I can't open/control Windows Media Player with the touchscreen controls, nothing happens when I touch them.

On the Lachesis problem.
I have been dealing with the Plug-in Plug-out problem with the mouse for a year now, and every day I have to replug it.

Problem occurs on every single OS I've used.
Linux included. I've flashed to about 3 drivers by now...non of them seem to be successful

Exactly does this.
Cold boot (power on at wall, then turn on), on os start, the mouse will have power, the lights will be on, it will glow, but not respond, hell, right click works, just not the 3G laser.
I made a script to disable USB power saving options, this was unsuccessful.

I emailed Razer, they refused to reply, I guess my email was lost and I couldn't be bothered to send again...My guesses this is a motherboard/bios issue. Although what are the chances of that ? Can all of these OS be incapable of spotting the mouse ?
(Windows 7 64 7000 and above, XP32 SP3, XP64 SP2, all Knoppix distros, All Ubuntu distros etc.)

Although, if you have already started/turned on your computer, and replugged the mouse, if you restart, the mouse will work, no need to replug (thus only required on cold reboot), that sort of strengthens the entire idea that the system is not finding this mouse in the I/O
