Intel Turbo boost Technology Monitor

Hello, after putting a clean install of Windows 7 on my laptop, i was installing my drivers through the driver utility disk that came with it, but when i was installing the Turbo boost Technology Monitor, My laptop BSOD and ended up bugging the install, after that i tried reinstalling the Technology Monitor but i would always come out with an error

" The Feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.

Click Ok to Try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'Turboboost.msi' in the box below

C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Local\Temp\{BF6D28E1-FE98-4C18AADB-83F48584FBC3}\

I would always get that error if i try to either uninstall or reinstall the program/driver

I even downloaded the latest version fron Intel's website and i still get the error, I also checked Device Manager and it isn't there, Where can i find 'Turboboost.msi' or how do i remove the program/driver ?

PS. Sorry if my english is bad, it isn't my first language.
