TV WONDER™ PRO is the leading-edge PC stereo TV-tuner and video capture solution. Simply install the card and user-friendly software, then connect your TV cable to the TV tuner card. Then sit back and enjoy up to 125 channels of high-quality television on your desktop PC. This product also accepts S-video and composite input and audio input. You’ll wonder how you ever lived without it!

Seeing as that tuner card hasn't seen a driver update in over 5 years, I don't think you will be seeing anything for Windows 7 x64. About the only thing I can see is to run in XP mode (assuming you're running Ultimate, or the VM of your choice) and see if it will work that way.

same problems tv wonder

I just purchased ATI HD 650 PCIe card. When I attempt to install the Control Panel, I get an error. It says that an error occured with the I/O ATI setup on the disk. I did load the win 7 driver, but am not able the control panel anywhere. Under Device Manager, the card does not show. Also restarting numerous times doesn't help.
Thanks

This is what I have done after your post. Restarted in safe mode. Downloaded The file once again and tried to install. Same thing happened. I still do not see it in the start menu. Under the programs folder, I find the Control exe. When clicked on the window opens. While the window says control, the program will not go further.

Hi,

I just made a driver package for the ATi TV wonder pro pci card for x64 windows. There are two because each one has a few bugs but overall work well.
