WPD FileSystem Volume Driver (Error Code 10)

These devices cannot start. How do I uninstall and reinstall these drivers? When I disable them, the yellow triangle goes away. I tried updating the drivers but I still have the problem. Thanks

WPD stands for Windows Portable Device(card reader as pebbly has indicated), try updating the driver from the option online update (choose search automatically option).

I've got the WPD driver error ' This device cannot start. (Code 10)'
The expensive Reimage Repair advertising on this forum states it will cure the problem.
    It doesn't on my computer!
Would upgrading to Win 10 solve the problem?
    Any suggestions please.....
