In need of Detailed step by step guide to sort out Low disk space erro

Hello,

Before I registered here I decided to check around the internet, unfortunately the guides offered on other pages I could not understand.

Here is what I have:

Windows 7 (not sure if 32 or 64)

Anyway out of nowhere my disk space has almost reached it's maximum 447GB. I am limited to certain things I can do on my computer.

I would appreciate step by step guide on how to solve this error as I am a computer noob. Also if you suggest I should use some partition analyser etc. I can only use free-one so if you can list one which is good/virus-free and safe to use, please do so.

Thank you.
