biig driver problem :( need help plzz  

I have no idea whats going on with windows 7 ?? I just installed it , its famous for its drivers but there are no drivers installed what so ever ??!
it wouldn't let me boot from the CD it said '' couldn't boot code 5'' ldk so l installed it from my windows XP and everything went fine and when it loaded there were no sound , graphic card driver installed the higher reslotion l can get is 1024*768 ?? and there is no sound driver installed l have a 256 of memory in my graphic card but it sais 32 or something l think its on safe mode ? cuz there's no zooming in or out or any of those cool graphic features its really simple and biiig from the low relolution and l its in english and l wanted it to be in french?? just so u know it worked perfectly with my friend ?! l have a bit of an old computer :
cpu : 2.8
ram : 1.25 gb
graphic card : ATI readon 9200 (memory 256)
yea i know its a bit old but l really need help maybe its cuz l didn't boot from outside windows ldk any one know how l can fix it plzz ..

it wont recognise anyyything on my computer ??! l want to fix my graphic and sound card first cuz l want all those featured to be visual on my pc as in the sooming in and out and high resolution cuz now l cant change it from 1024 ahh and the sound card and thnx alooot for the help mate :)

So that one problem was what?
