I think at the login screen, the driver is already loaded so I'm not completely sure what to tell you (if it's good or not.)

The blue screen is probably not a good sign.

Install the .inf manually again for the video driver, don't reboot. Then take a screen shot of the device manager showing the video card and upload here. You can use the Windows Snipping Tool. Type snip in the start menu search box to find it.

The device manager looks good, as if the driver was accepted well.
Why don't you try playing Counter Strike now, without rebooting. Is it playing well?

That might be some malware you have. I also recommend a scan with MBAM found here. Update the definitions before you scan -

    http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php

After the scan, whether it found anything or not, delete everything in C:\Users\Appdata\local\temp

Scan was clean deleted everything out of the folder, same thing happened.

Maybe your .inf is corrupted with something in it.

Nah. The .inf I made is same exact one from the Guru package, with the addition of a single line.

If the video driver is not working well, you could try this driver.

Catalyst 7.1 is Windows Vista 32-bit download from Guru3D.com

And if it won't install, find the .inf that it extracted. Add this line to it under the [ATI.Mfg.NTx86.6.0] section in notepad and save.

    "ATI Radeon AIW 7500 AGP" = ati2mtag_RV600, PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_5157

Now try to install manually the same way you did before.
