For the simple communications controller = something to do with the Intel core(s)
and for the network controller i am not so sure of. but if we can get the ethernet controller working, and connect the pc to the web i am pretty sure finding the other
drivers will be much easier.
So here is what i think should work, i will put the easier installing
driver in this link:

Download it and then simply run the "setup.exe" found in the folder.
If this works, use an ethernet cable connect it to the laptop from your network router/modem and search for windows updates. If issues still occur report back.
