peally, When the chipset drivers are installed you should be able to connect to the internet using ethernet , Then we need to find out which version of wireless card is in your laptop :)

Drivers can be tricky....Ive chased many a pea around the plate in the past. :)

Reboot after Chipset drivers installed and re-check Device Manager and re-post back findings

Have the chipset drivers successfully installed and it is the other drivers that will not update ,or have the chipset drivers not installed correctly?

Right peally ,Now download the broadcom wireles divers ,lets get the wireless working
